Very good experience, very easy rental procedure and collection of car. Putting licence details onto Alamo website in advance helps a lot. Some minor problems with the Satnav which had to be exchanged but again very easily done. The bus to and from the airport was very crowded and there seems to be no real queue system so one mad rush for the bus when it arrived. You also need to clearly tell the driver which airline and terminal you need to be dropped off at, we ended up walking the length of T2 as the driver didn't stop.

I had only 1 option in the deposit when i arrived to pick up. The car's motor was not running well ( out of time). The check engine ligth shown.

Very good, as usual Alamo tried to say our cases would not fit etc and it would be easier to bring the car back empty rather than full. It is much cheaper to bring it back full rather than lose your money on fuel not used.

The rental price was very favourable with no hidden extras. The communication was great and the rental experience went wiithout a hitch and was very well organised. The car was quite new, but had covered quite e few miles (31k).

Told at Orlando that the car we had hired (Ford Escape or similar) would be too small for us and that our cases would not fit in. We were told we would need to upgrade and were charged an additional $559.86. During the holiday we saw a number of Ford Escapes in car parks and were able to see that our luggage would quite easily have fitted. Feel that we were conned by an Alamo agent looking to earn some commission at the airport. Will not recommend Alamo to friends and family.

Yes i have only one Comment's. When we gut the car from You the fuel tank was empty. So the First thing we have to do was to found a gas station, And that is not what you wish to do after long flight from Sweden. Best regards RL

US carhire was very easy to use, and we have used you in the past aswell. We booked a car with Alamo, used the kiosks in MCO with no problems and had the choice from about 10 vehicles. We would definitely recommend both you and Alamo.

The Alamo rep. at the desk insisted that 'Siver Inclusive' did not include a second driver and wanted to charge extra for my wife to be able to drive. I showed him the e-mail I had received from USCarHire confirming that a second driver was covered and read it to him, but he still insisted it was going to cost extra to put my wife on the insurance, claiming that USCarHire did not know what they were talking about. I declined to pay any extra, so my wife not able to drive the hire car. The car ordered was an Intermediate SUV (IFAR), but the Alamo rep. kept repeating that the car ordered was a small SUV. I didn't realise why he kept repeating this statement, until I went to the parking lot and realised the car available was a Nissan Rogue. The Rogue is much smaller than an Intermediate SUV such as a Toyota RAV or a Ford Escape. As this was the only car available I said nothing, but I think Alamo at Calgary are being a little short on the truth. Having paid for a Intermediate SUV, I expected one, not a small SUV as stated by Alamo. As we were loading the car with our luggage, I noticed some minor damage on the vehicle and reported it to another Alamo rep. This rep. was much more polite and insisted on a thorough check of the vehicle and was happy to find further damage that I had not seen and he then recorded it. It seems to me that some of the Alamo reps. need to be 'retrained' in their of USCarHire requirements and that Alamo in general should be better with the truth when it comes to descibing their cars. This experience has put me off from using Alamo at Calgary again and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

From booking online to pickup was very straight forward and efficient. Got a slightly larger vehicle than expected (at no further Hire cost), car was very comfortable and roomy! returning the vehicle again was again painless and the staff very helpful. would definitely use US Car Hire again.

Your service was great as always and the Alamo quick kiosk actually worked for once! Only problem was they had only one car in the lot that group and it was not in the best condition. After a little bit of a wait one of the attendants kindly called for one to brought round and once we got it car was fine.
