We had declined the pre pay option when we collected the car and said we would return the car full, which we did. We then had to que at the desk to get this amended. I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my credit card.

Everything went smooth and using the Alamo on line check in meant we went straight to the garage and picked a car and was on our way really quickly.

It was the last one left in the class ordered and was FAR too small. I can't see how is could be classed as a standards SUV. We couldn't get the luggae in and even without the luggage, we couldn't get my son's stroller in the boot without stuffing it in at an angle. Not at all waht we expect. We had the same "class" on our previous visit but had loads of choice - all were far bigger than the silly car we had to take.

Best price, best service every time I have booked with them. Everyting covered and only a couple of initials and a signature needed and I was on my way. I booked an Intermediate SUV (eg RAV4) and as there was a Jeep Grand Cherokee parked in the Intermediate parking bay I could take it as a free upgrade... result !!
