Put all the details in at home ,but had to do it all again, twice as first time it didn't work. Was reasonably easy and nice not having to queue at the desk for ages.

I booked an intermediate SUV and was told at the Alamo desk that this wouldn't be big enough for two of us. We had a Mazda CX-5 which was absolutely more than big enough.

Only one minor annoyance - the kiosk made us presenter all our details again even though they had been entered online in the pre setup days before.

I have used this company over 15 times and always without any issue. I'll be back! The car was great and opened my eyes to the Hyundai brand. Plenty of space for the three of us with four large cases and all our hand luggage.
