was frustrating that sales advisor was still trying to cross sell me additional products and services despite me advising that i was happy with those that i had taken, being asked to sign next to 6 crosses to decline Alamo products was painful

Only issue was that I could not get the automatic kiosk to work. I think I used the right one as they were not well identified. I had to go to the main queue and deal with the usual upsell attempt. Not too bad actually. Otherwise a painless experience. Thanks.

I was totally delighted, as in previous years with the arrangements that I had put in place. The SUV was perfect, and all arrangements worked fine. The only negative comment was that my husband was asked for his credit car, when he asked what for he was informed it would be used to add on another insurance, eg, if windscreen was cracked on SUV or tyre puncture. He refused this and said if it happend he would deal withit himself. Therefore no other cost was incurred. But I expect this is normal to try and have people pay more for their "purchase" otherwise, PERFECT, and I would definitely use US Car Hire again. THANKS

Yes happy with car rental. Was very easy and straight forward to pick up and then drop off. Everything was fine and had no extra charges to pay on return. Would definately recommend and use again - I found the rate one of the cheapest.

This is the second time I've booked with you and I've very happy with the ease of booking and price. We chose a Jeep Compass SUV at DFW and it was a pleasure to drive. The agent at DFW did charge us for Roadside Assistance when we have pre-booked through this website. This was sorted out and we were refunded when we returned the car. I'd happilly recommend you to anyone as a hassle free way to arrange car hire in the US at a good price.

Ordered under 25 package. Got to the airport and the women upgraded our class to a better SUV. Had no problems even with 3 of us under 25.

We booked the car hire with Alamo through yourselves which was a great deal and easy to do. We were slightly dissapointed with some areas of the Alamo service. Firstly I had registered with the time saving option which did not work and we had to que for age to get our car. Secondly the man from Alamo, I felt, took advantage of the fact that we were tourists with children after an 8hour flight. He made the car hire process confusing. We had booked what we wanted and he made us take an upgrade. Once we settled into our accommodations and review the paperwork we realised what had happened and had to take the car back for an exchange. We spoke to yourselves who we extremely helpfull and guided us to rectify the situation.
