'Genuine up-front pricing with no nasty surprises' is a lie. We were charged for a full tank of fuel when picking up, airport service fee, sales tax and were also forced to pay more for a different type of SUV because 'nothing we have available will fit 4 bags'. A complete shambles.

I´m just had a problem to fill the Alamo chek-in to save time. I bougth a package for 2 drivers and when I was filling the check in, appear extra tax for second driver. In general I like this site and I send link for friends.

The couple of questions I had where answered swiftly. Also hired sat-nav through you which was excellent. No problems with Alamo-good quick service at pick up and drop off. The only criticism we would have is that on arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade the car as the one we had booked would only hold 2 cases. This would cost us an extra $150 approx. We said that we had booked an SUV online that held 4 cases.We declined the offer. When we collected the car it was an SUV that held 4 cases. We were glad we hadn't paid the extra money!! On a positive note - the car was very good, clean and spacious. We had a very slight accident on our first day and Alamo changed the car immediately and were extremely helpful. We would certainly use Alamo again!

I speak english, so I was able to deny it otherwise I could have acepted things I didn't want to. Then again, not a uscarhire problem! Again, they wanted me to chose a bigger car on the front desk, when I arrived at the parking... they did not have the car of my choice, so they offered me a bigger one for the same price!!!

The best car we have ever hired in Florida! Superb!
