Will definitely use US CarHire again. The only issue we had was with the vehicle itself - the Jeep Compass had a terribly uncomfortable driving position and the engine size wasn't what we'd normally expect when booking an SUV (sounded like a lawn mower!). But USCarHire are great, thus still gave 5 stars.

I use Alamo at least 6 times a year and on this occasion they were rubbish. The car was not running properly, there was no washer water, it felt unsafe to drive and juddered when braking. Also they tried to charge me for extra break-down cover when they were told and shown that I had already purchased it from you. I did get that refunded upon rental return. I just don't know what was wrong with them this time around. Still I will still use them in the future. Thank you for all YOU do.

Only comment is that it would be useful if Alamo provided a second key for their cars - had a personal difficulty one day when we 'lost' the key one day when it was in my daughters handbag.

Just before we left the UK, we received an email in plain english from you warning us that Alamo may try and charge us more. Thanks for the heads up. they did and I refused to pay. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I will definitely use you again

Kiosks for check in saved time and were easy. Only slight gripe was that we only had 5 cars to choose from and couldn't have the car we expected.

Every time we have found their pricing to be extremely competitive and easy to understand, rather than the 'hidden extras' we have ended up paying a lot for in the past. The entire process was very easy, emails we sent to our rental were answered promptly and the Alamo online check in saved us a lot of time on arrival. I would definitely use US Car Hire again and would recommend them to anyone, especially those comfortable with online ordering.

This time we also checked in on-line so we just went straight to the garage and we were directed straight away to the row our car was in. Simple, easy, no hassle and we were on our way to the villa within 40 minutes of landing. We needed to change the car half way through our rental due to a tyre warning light coming on, so we went to Alamo at Magic Kingdom and there was no fuss or questions they just gave us a brand new Jeep. Excellent service as always from US Car Hire and Alamo.
