Despite pre-registering & having a printout with the necessary barcode, after entering all our info. the "quick" console told us it could not complete our transaction & to use the counter !!! It would have been far quicker to use the counter in the first place, as we were then at the back of a long queue.

We were really pleased until we returned the car and this was nothing to do with your company but Alamo, our petrol cost was higher than the amount we expected based on the size of the tank and the amount that they said that they would charge plus they added a concession recovery fee which we weren't expecting.

I had signed up to use the 'save time' kiosk only to not be able to, and still had to queue which was disappointing. Apart from that we were very happy with our car, helped by Roderick who was wonderful! Just a shame that there was no water to wash the windows and the doors could not close automatically with the key.

There were only two of us but we needed a SUV to take a piece of pool furniture to be repaired. We had not realised that it was memorial weekend when we booked so arrived at Tampa to find the car hire garage looking quite empty. We were upgraded to a larger SUV at no extra cost. Only just over 5000 miles on the clock. Enjoyed driving it and found it quite economical on petrol/gas.

Dear Sir/Madam, we will certainly use you when we visit Florida again, however we are very, very disappointed with ALAMO the car we choose was not available so they upgraded us which was very nice, however, when we picked the vehicle up the ALAMO employee gave us a slip of paper which had stated in red RETURN EMPTY. I was horrified when I got back home to find £45.18 had been charged to my Barclaycard. If I would have known that the slip of paper which was given to me by the ALAMO employee would not be valid I would have returned it empty as I always do when visiting Florida. 2 hour wait to pick up car at MIA ruined the overall experience, in contrast the return of the vehicle was smooth and efficient.

Alamo's line es 1hour and a half wait. We did the kiosk mode to make it faster, but it is only for US and Canadiens. Also, I bought the road assistans, BUT IS NOT VALID IN ALAMO, so we had to buy it again.

US Car hire provided an excellent service the pick and return went very smoothly and the car was very good. The overall experience was excellent and good value for money. I will be using this service next year for Canada and Yellowstone.

US Car Hire web site was easy to use. Ordered a GPS which was very handy and had the address already programmed in where we were staying. Very easy to use. We collected the vehicle on a Sunday morning, the line for collection was very long and had to wait 2 hours to see someone at the desk. There was not enough staff on the desks. People very getting very frustrated regarding this. This was at Miami Airport. We registered on line so that we could use the kiosk but they did not work. One employee suggested that one tried this kiosk and the other person get in line as these kiosk's were not reliable. This needs looking at. When collecting the car, this was easy enough. When bringing the car back to the airport this was very straight forward and easy. The only thing that needs sorting is have extra staff on the desks and sort the kiosks out.
