The insurances and additional fees were a little confusing . Booking was seemless however.

One thing I would advise though is to check your car for any damage when you first collect it and if you notice anything wrong make someone aware or choose another car. We had damage to ours which we never mentioned when we picked it up and were questioned about it on our return. All was okay though as Alamo accepted our explanation and that it was done prior to us hiring the vehicle.

I used the self service check in desks at Orlando with Alamo which saved lots of time as the main desk was busy. Only negative was that the size of car was smaller than expected (wanted a Chevvy Tahoe but got a Dodge Durango) but where it lacked in size it made up for in luxuries as it was brand new. Great service-especially the Gold Package.

Had to change the vehicle after 13 days as key fob not responding. Other than having to go back to the airport for the exchange the matter was dealt with very well.

I had opted for a Premium car but when I got to the airport I wasn't happy with the lack of choice (Nissan Maxima), I spoke to the Alamo guys and they said 'just take one from the Luxury section'...happy days!!!

Simple drop-off, quick check it was fully fuelled, scanned and receipt given. Could not have been better

The Alamo terminal worked well and there was plenty of vehicles to choose from and the vehicle itself was just fine and suited our purpose.
