Book a car at this location Absolutely a pleasure to rent with US Car Hire. Utilised the Alamo Kiosk and had my rental completed in 5 minutes. Great communication and any queries I had were responded to promptly. I will without doubt use this service again in the future.

This was very tiresome given that we'd had a long flight/journey and knew that the car we'd booked would be adequate. Very irksome and would encourage us not to use this company in future.

Excellent for a 1000 mile tour around Ariizona Book a car at this location Alamo sometimes do not ask for spouses driving licence or signature on rental agreement for additional drivers. I queried this and Alamo said its standard practice for married people to be automatically included as additional drivers.

We had already checked our details in online and so were able to use the self check in machine at the airport. The car was fine and the return process was even easier and very stress free.

This should have been clearer in the communication between US Car Hire and Alamo. I am very pleased with US Car Hire, the absolute best is the insurance being clarified on the website, always a problem for EU citicens to start discussing what insurances we need after a 10 hour flight. I will use US Car hire next time I visit USA

Of course then we heard that it's not possible for people with a non American drivers license to use the kiosk. According to your site it should not give any problems. At the desk the sales talk started immediately. "With so many suitcases your car is much to small, but we have a nice upgrade....". Of course we refused politely, but this exactly is what we wanted to avoid in the first place, when we booked a car at US Car Hire. Overall nothing but compliments, but not enough for a five rating.
