Too much hard sell and would look at another hire company in future. Advantage taken due to tiredness after long flight.

The problem is always in the Miami´s Alamo. Long lines and attendants wanting to sell you extra insurance. They Make terrorism showing pictures of cars with broken glass and radio stolen, just to sell vandalism insurance, which is not included.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the car was brilliant. There was a delay in collecting the car as it was not ready at the boooked time. we had to wait almost 1hr but were given a higher specification car to compensate.
