By recommendation of Alamo we got a Toyota Sienna instead a Dodge Gran Carava, however I had to pay 187 usd more.

As usual everything from your self's was good and prompt, And, for the first time ever I was able to use one of the kiosks only took 5 minutes. then I had to wait an hour for a car, they said one was due back in but had not arrived yet, after a change of representative due to shift/time the new person on duty took me straight to a car that had been there all along. In there defense It was very busy and it was Christmas day

First of all it was our first time in Orlando and the hospitality of your agent Mr.Javier was tremendous , he took his time to explain to us how the gps work and he gave us some nice tips for our trip, the car was excellent without any problem and we are looking forward to visit Orlando again and hopefully you guy's can be of our service again . I was under the impression I had reserved a Focus size car for which I paid your company £403.92 on 11/11/2014,well over a month before the actual hire date.23/12/2014.On arrival at your desk,after a long journey to Orlando, I was bombarded by your rep. with details of a range of special deals which completely confused me and It ended up excluding the Sat Nav hire an extra estimate of $216( £143.)There was only two of us and a larger car was not necessary. I was far from happy about this sales method. I paid £403.92 and didn't expect to pay any extra whatsoever. I also asked for a sat nav. Unfortunately it transpired that the charging cable you supplied was not the correct one for the model supplied consequently the unit ceased to charge and stopped working. Your office at the hotel in Kissimmee confirmed that it was the wrong cable and gave me the correct one. On returning the car because of this I was given a $125 refund on the GPS hire. All in all I was not happy with your service although the car I ended up with was okay. Regards Wm. Browm
