Great experience. If you you take the roadside assistance (from 2.50 usd a day )be sure you print the voucher of it, because if you cannot show it to the clerks at the carrental service, they will force you to take another one from 9 USD a day.

I was really hoping to get a mustang and When I got to the parking lot there was a row of convertible chryslers...my heart sank but I asked the attendent who pointed out two mustang convertibles which we could pick from. I think they'd just been returned! No other issues whatsoever although could have done with a little help at the Alamo machines. Overall very happy.

After 5mins I was fed up of saying we could do either as I was tired from the days travel! I would also like to comment that it might be nice to advise renters that you can now drive through the tolls without any additional fines as apparently alamo now just charge you the toll cost without fines.....

Other than that i was upgraded free of charge to a Dodge grand caravan (not that i really neeeded it) & every thing was good.

I know it'll be the best value and the service is spot on. I've only ever had one problem in over a dozen rentals, and that was with the car hire company in Orlando.US Carhire sorted it out over the phone straight away without any hassle at all.
