rental service provided was really good. Collected the car from airport with no problems, I even signed up to use the Alemo kiosk to save time which worked really well. Would also recommend the gold service so you can drop the car off without having to fill the car up with fuel. Would also recommend Alemo rental. When we got there they said we could pick any car we liked from the intermediate range and they had a good selection. Car was clean and tidy.

Website easy to use- alterations dealt with by staff promptly and effectively! Car collection easy. Only blip was a problem with windscreen in the car we chose- this affected vision considerably. Would recomend US car hire!!

Despite registering before we left the UK, we were unable to complete our rental pick up on the self service kiosk and the Alamo Supervisor was adamant that we would not be able to do so having UK driving licences. We showed her uscarhire.co.uk's printed paperwork indicating that we could do so - she wanted a photocopy so Alamo could take it up with yourselves! Having spent 15 wasted minutes with the self-service kiosk, we had to queue for another 20 mins to deal with an agent. Liked being able to choose our car from the line of SUVs, and our nearly new Ford Edge was a pleasure to drive. Leather seats, touch screen controls for music and air con and only 2000 miles on the clock!

Booking the car hire using the US Car Hire website was straightforward and easy and all confirmation e-mails and subsequent information were received promptly with no unnecessary e-mail spam. We used the auto kiosk when picking up the car and this proved simple enough although adding driver details again when this had already been done on the website booking was somewhat frustrating. However this was still quicker than queuing at the desk. An attendant at the pick-up location then helpfully confirmed our booking and checked ID's before assessing our party (a family of 5 with three small children and a lot of luggage!) and immediately suggested a free upgrade to a slightly larger version of the vehicle class we had booked. This added value service was truly appreciated and the children loved the car especially the third row seating which meant loads of space for everyone (and all of their toys that had to come on every trip!) Drop off at a different location was simplicity itself with very helpful staff and a very fast and efficient service. Overall an excellent experience of a service that I would use again and recommend to others.

The Alamo Kiosk system was brilliant, so quick and easy, bypassing the waiting line. I noticed the looks on the waiting faces. The car was perfect for our needs.I will use uscarhire next time.

Excellent service again from USCar Hire, thank you. Pleased with service from Alamo, but in future will go for Gold hire with a pre-paid tank of gas rather than Silver.

Booked a 7 seat SUV 6 months before I travelled, shopped around and could not find anyone cheaper that US Car hire. Very good experience will us again on my next trip to the US. Highly recommended
