Despite check in on line so that the quicker self service terminals could be used in took well over a hour to check in and pick up the car. The car its self was as advertised clean and in good condition and the drop off arrangements at McCarren Airport were excellent.

When we returned the car the right amount got corrected. Friendly people at the front desk. The car was fantastic and it is the first time we had all the insurace prepaid and that was a very good experience.

Compact 2 Door Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 10 Sep 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Ford Focus Book a car at this location I'm a litte bit disappointed with one point, when I rent the car I choose the compact one and I payed A little bit more to it, so when I picked up the car at the rental they the told me that there is no difference in economy car and a compact car, but at the site there is a quite difference, the Ford Focus will supply my necessities but the economy that shows at the site won't. Furtenelly I was luck to get the last Ford Focus in stock. I felt cheated, if I knew that I certainly choose the Full size.

On each occasion this was for a period of one month for a road trip of around 6,000 miles. I have found the website clear, quick and easy to use. Any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and successfully via email or phone. Quotes have always beaten the opposition. On this occasion, I ordered an LDAR for collection from Alamo in Seattle and was given a standard SUV, which actually turned out to be a great car, albeit a little thirsty.
