The whole process was effortless and took some of the stress out of our journey. Only gripe was employees trying to convince us to opt for pre-paid fuel both at the desk and the exit gate. We've been to Florida before and know that fuel is cheaper elsewhere.

One small gripe. On the second day of rental a warning light came on the dashboard. I had to ask a local what it meant - it was low tyre pressure. I inflated all tires to 36psi (as per the manual in the glove box) - however the light didnt go off. However when I returned the car I was in the departures lounge when I saw on the receipt from Alamo a charge of $0.32 - it was just so petty to charge - I would have challenged it at the time .

Premium 4 Door (PDAR) Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) on 13 Oct 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: chrysler 300 Book a car at this location as always our experience with Alamo has always been positive but we were very disappointed to find we had been charged 27p for wear & tear to battery & tyres which seemed very petty on a three week rental especially as this was our third rental this year (total9weeks) and we've never had a charge like this before
