We used the Alamo rental kiosk at Orlando international Airport. It took a while to enter all the information but after that we just went to the parking lot and chose a car. Very easy, very straightforward and no intrusive attempts at upselling. The car was fine and all went well.

This is my 4th time using uscarhire and till this last trip on Dec 2015 I did not had any issues, on the contrary I was very pleased with the service. This last trip I had an awefull experience on the counter of Alamo while trying to pick up my car, the counter lady refused to get me my car that was completely payed in advance including the extra road assistance, because I my credit car is a Prepaid credit card! I demanded to speak with the manager witch was pollied and agreed to use my card for the hold! same card I've using the last 3 years at Alamo ! Really do not think this is a "uscarhire" problem but I think this problem should be addressed to Alamo and warn other customers that could end without a Car due to this absurd prohibition of accepting Pre paid Credit cards! By the way pre paid means there is money there otherwise the hold will not be approved!

Overall experience for the rental was seamless from end to end. Price was very good for a complete package. The vehicle was new - just 6 miles on the clock when we picked it up. Using the pre check-in process was handy and save us time - just walked straight to the terminal car park when we arrived. Would recommend and will be back.

I used the online check in before departure and avoided all queues in the airport. I was sent straight to the garage to choose a car, it couldn't have been easier!

The auto-mated booking process didn't work after 3 goes even with the help of one of your representatives ! We had to be processed manually by Geo who very efficient & helpful . The car was great & lovely & clean we would have bought it if had been for sale in the UK !

Disgusted with our treatment from your customer services , my husband and I had to cut out holiday short after my mother took sick in the UK. I contacted Alamo on Nov 10th and spoke to a lovely girl called porcha Brooks who assured me that we would only be charged for the days we actually had our hire vehicle , she sent me an email to confirm this as we came back to the UK on the 12th Nov and not the 27th Nov as originally expected. On returning home we found out your company have change this outcome and are trying to say we are not entitled to refund. As my husband and I have a holiday home in Florida and always hire from Alamo we are considering legal advice , we would appreciate someone looking into this ASAP . On arrival there weren´t any car available at the lot, first they tried to change it to a smaller car but in the end they gave me a car thta was supposed to be in the same elevel as the one that I rented

All good except when leaving car back there was a shortage of Alamo staff to check car back in . One guy to cover at least 6-8 cars waiting ahead of check in . To be fair hasn't happened before but was far too slow when people had flights to catch
