Good choice of cars, and could even have taken a larger car if wanted as offered a free upgrade to any car in row, including those of size ordered. Was out of garage within half an hour, and this included time selecting my car, and checking for any defects. Car was large enough for me and boot took 2 full size suitcases and 2 smaller bags. When I return to USA will definitely use you again.

Quizá por la hora de llegada, 3-4 pm, había poca disponibilidad y la unidad no óptima. He usado varias veces Alamo y es la primera vez que tengo esta no muy grada experiencia.

Booking and service from yourselves 1st class. The only downside is at the hire desk where we were unable to use the self serve kiosk. The hire desk clerks are continually trying to hoodwink you into taking extras or upgrades or confuse with fuel options which undoubtably cost money. After along day and flight we just want to pick up the car and get on our way.

When I insisted on choosing my own, there were only 2 mid-size cars to select from. The better of the two was fairly new but the seats were very stained. I much prefer the availability of vehicles at MCO.

Very pleasant experience all round, used US car hire before and will use them again.

After a scan of my drivers license and replying to a lot of questions on the screen a contract was printed. We walked to the cars and choose one of the selection presented. At the exit a final check of car, contract and drivers license and off we went to our destination. The whole process took less than half an hour.

Book a car at this location Extremely disappointed that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I still had to pay a further £144 to upgrade to the vehicle I thought I had originally booked. This therefore doubled the cost of my hire car for the week. Think I will look elsewhere in future.
