Intermediate 4 Door (IDAR) Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 16 May 2012 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Chevrolet Malibu Book a car at this location My only criticism was that the "terminal" adjacent to the car rental desk did not work!!!! This caused me intense irritation because I signed up for it to save time and found myself at the end of the line!!!!! The terminal apparently "did not recognise" my card (a Visa Debit Card) which was accepted without any problem at5 the rental desk. I will NOT use this service again!!!! On a more positive note the staff were prompt and courteous and the vehicle was nearly new and excellent. I would appreciate feedback on my difficulty with the terminal.

I hadbooked this to help speed up the booking in process so I was lucky that the booking in line was short at the time of arrival. There is a good selection of model to choose from.

The monorail shuttle from the airport to the car hire desk was great and very easy to find. Once we passed through the desk all you do is take the lift down to the cars and away you go. All in all no problem at all and would recommend it.

No problems with attempts to talk us into any extras as I made sure that my already purchased Enhanced Roadside Assistance documentation was easily visible! We chose a Chrysler 200 from the line-up of available cars and were extremely impressed. We both agreed that it was the best rental car that we had ever used. Low mileage, beautiful condition, comfortable, quiet and a real pleasure to drive.
