Very disappointed when first vehicle went wrong and we had to waste a day of our time to get it changed and was given a Nissan Juke in exchange for the Dodge Avenger we had originally paid for.

The whole process went very smoothly. We particularly like being able to choose from any car in the row. We rent from you for up to 20 weeks per year and know how genuine is your claim that alterations and cancellations are free. We are pleased to see a 'return full' option is available again - getting to the airport on an almost empty tank is scary. Only downside is that we insure my wife as an additional driver just in case of emergencies, On this occasion she did not drive. Last year the insurance covered her for no extra cost, but now we have to bear a substantial increase.

Went very smoothly - simple process. Having all insurances set up before getting hard sell at counter was a real benefit. We signed up for the auto teller - but it didnt work - however desk process was quick.

The wait for the Alamo shuttle bus from Port Everglades to the airport and the trip on 22nd December took over 2 hours !This was unlike the Alamo shuttle trip from Airport to port on 15th December which took about 15 minutes

Car was fine however I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff & manager at the Airport check-in. I tried to use the self-check in which I had taken the time to register for prior to arrival. After taking 10 mins using the machine it crashed (along with another person beside me).. I then had to spend 45 minutes waiting in a long line (none of the other rental companies had lines.. When I mentioned this to the staff she said it rarely worked for UK drivers. No apology was given by the manager who was asking people out of the line to check-in or the staff member who still tried to sell me an upgrade!! I am unlikely to I use Alamo again although he car was great.

hi, i would like to say that was some awsome experience, it was everything ok, until we had to return the car, the gps, was sent us to other place i was lost about a hour and a half, but wasnt everything bad, the gps help us a lot, in Orland, i really like it andd the car was good, unfurtunitily i like shift cars, but i can get use to the automatic ones, the car was pretty good, no damage, was in perfect conditions, was very security and also very ecnomic, one of the best cars i had ever drive.

the year 2011 could rent two vehicles in orlando time which was great experience. but this year it was the opposite with the treatment of poplar in miami. from the moment you collect your vehicle to be delivered could never count on the help of the staff at the airport alamo miami. next year I will think very well before returning to rent another vehicle with you
