Intermediate 4 Door (IDAR) Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) on 04 May 2014 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Mazda 3 Book a car at this location I've always used US Car Hire when traveling to the US, and this is the first time y have a issue, probably because is the first time I've got a car from Alamo. Even when I've got the Gold Inclusive rental, the person at the counter insisted that it doesn't include an insurance for damages I could cause to other people. Only damages to the car and other cars were included, so I have to buy the extra insurace for US$44,24. That's very bad for me, because the main reason I use US Car Hire as my favourite rental site is because it's cheap... that wasn'd the case this time. It would be very nice if you clarify this situation to me. Thank you,

The car was really good only 1200 miles on the clock. Return was excellent at the depot prior to our return to the UK. Car already booked with US car hire for our next flight in September. Always use & recommend your service

Rep said it only works for US licences so had to join queue. No cars available on the stand for our group or the offered upgrade. Had to wait for more to be brought in. Car it'self was fine when we got it and return no problem.

Very smooth car pickup & selection & return at airport. Would highly recommend USCARHIRE & would have no hesitation in using them again.

I find that American cars are getting smaller so if one is used to hire medium size think about getting full size and so on.

I would be very happy to recommend US Car Hire and Alamo to anyone.
