We have now done over 60 weeks of rentals with you in the last four years, every one without a hitch. You have always dealt very efficiently, and without charge, with the inevitable changes of plans that occur from time to time.

The only down side is when you tell the people at Alamo you don't need any upgrades they go quite miserable!!!and no choice of fueling policy was offered. But choice of cars was very good. Always use your company when I travel to florida and will again.

Two hassle free rentals. No hard sell at the Alamo counter as all insurance is already included, had my own sat nav. They did encourage me to upgrade but for two adults & two kids I knew this class of car would be fine for us. Agent did mention on at least three occasions to bring car back empty even though I could bring it back full if I wished. All in all a very good experience again. Thanks

I was unable to input my name as there was no facility on the keyboard to select an apostrophe for my name. A member of your staff also tried and agreed that this was unfortunate and he would take this up with the IT department.

Book a car at this location I had a great experience. All process, since quotation up to drop off the car was very simple and easy. Much better than I expected.

Have booked with them before and will book again. Only problem was with ALAMO Car Rental Desk Staff! They got me to sign the car rental contract and never mentioned anything about a charge of $200 for Personal Accident Insurance & Roadside Assistance for which i had already had included in my car rental package from US Car Hire. Its only when i checked my bank account i noticed it. So i paid on the Double..........but i will be wiser next time!!!!!

Trouble free with no hassle to upgrade etc. Choice of car with Alamo. Return with full tank is a great option that was not always available with other companies in the past. Would recommend to anyone & will use them on future visits to US.

I hire through you a lot, twice a year, and it is the first I have experienced this at McCoy, I have when I used to go into Sanford. However did not detract from a good hire experience as usual;
