The car was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to choose the vehicle from those in the same category. Registering in advance meant we did not have to queue which was fabulous after a long flight; although the instructions as to his to get the car were not clear. Very easy process to return car at orlando international airport.

Once again US Car Hire came up trumps. This time I got a free upgrade to a larger car as Alamo were a bit short of intermediate cars when I arrived. Initially I chose a Fiat but the interior was a bit grubby so the woman at the lot said I could pick from the next size up in the National line (I think Alamo and National are owned by the same company as they seem to swap cars all the time). Result! I got a much larger car which actually worked out well as I did just under 3000 miles and it was much more comfortable. But please Alamo, it is always disappointing when the Sirius radio is not subscribed to. I'd gladly pay a bit more in the rental cost to have this feature. In conclusion, another happy and hassle free rental from US Car Hire and Alamo. I cannot recommend enough.

The service was pretty good, the only problem was that the car seemed to have not been cleaned. I mentioned this to the staff when I returned the car and they were very apologetic and gave me a voucher to use towards a future rental which I was very pleasantly surprises at and very grateful for.

Smooth transaction, got the mid size sedan in LAS VEGAS. However, the clerk was very persistent about selling insurances, upgrades and fuel charges, and it is strongly advertised here that we should not accept any offers, because we don´t need any of these. It even got to the point as clerk asking me if I would travel with the car or not, threatening that if anything happened to the car I would have serious problems for not buying so called upgrades. I´m deeply upset about this posture, as it is not standard whenever I used uscarhire service in other locations.

Tried to transfer rental due to illness, to a later date sent 4 emails no reply.Spoke to you London office they could not help their suggestion was to send you another email. At this point in time my I have no intention of bookin with you again Charles Mills

We were really impressed with the service-we registered our details online and were able to go straight to pick a car and the paperwork was dealt with very swiftly at the kiosk on our way out (the car keys are left in the cars and you just pick one and drive it to the kiosk on the way out.) I would highly recommend that people do this as it saves any queuing.The only thing is that you cannot get an upgrade doing it this way.

UScar hire is great. Alamo rental desk requires educating to stop trying to sell car & insurance upgrades, Gets very tedious after a 9 hour plane journey! Was Told car we ordered could only carry 1 & half suitcases in boot, actually fitted 3 suitcases easily!

Excellent service, quick pick up using Alamo kiosks. Good choice of cars, everything went very smoothly. I will only ever use US Car Hire and Alamo for all Florida car hire requirements.

Easy to use site, with good prices. No hassle pick up, and with Alamo you just go and chose which car you want from the line of available cars in your chosen category. Gold inclusive option gave us everything we wanted.

Great service, really fast. No complain about the car. Great gas price. Stil waiting fo my SunPass bill though. Totally recommend it.
