Intermediate 4 Door (IDAR) Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 08 Jun 2013 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Dodge Avenger Book a car at this location The only issue I have is that when we went to the desk, the sales person insisted in trying to tell us that the car we had hired was not big enough and would not hold our luggage, even though we had gone for an intermediate 4 door and there was only 2 of us and 3 bags. No doubt this was an attempt to scare us in to upgrading. I get fed up of having to put up with this each time we go to the desk.

Quick through admin at the airport and easy pick up. Drop off at LA very smooth and easy, good shuttle service both ways to the terminals. Car performed very well.

We are of course long standing clients of Online and Alamo and will continue to do so for our future visits to our villa. Also was 7 minutes over time at the airport on return and they re-imbursed the charges (almost $18) when I took it up with them. Keith Hellewell

We were asked if we wished to upgrade, take additional insurance or GPS. However, a simple "no thank you" was accepted without any further pressure from the "agent".

Didn't like the hard sell trying to get me to make upgrades on my car hire. Also did not like the fact that the person who got my car insinuated that I should give him a tip. A map to where your customers should return the car would have been nice or at least an acknowledgement that your offices where the furthest from the entrance to Sanford Airport. I thought I had missed my turn at one point and that I'd need to do a full lap of the airport again. Car was clean and in good condition. I would consider using you again though.

It wouldn't accept my details, so ended up going to the desk staff to process my car hire which obviously slightly delayed the process. Really impressed with US car hire and will use them again.
