1st class service the only downside is used the Alamo save time option but on arrival it wanted to scan the bar code on my driving license and as I am from the UK do not have a bar code on the license to scan.

Even though there were 5 staff booking out the cars it still took 35mins to get to my turn There was only 7-8 people in front of me. Other than that i was upgraded free of charge to a Dodge grand caravan (not that i really neeeded it) & every thing was good.

Very smooth process, the automated check in service was fantastic, beat a huge queue at the Alamo desk. Got upgraded to a Chrysler van and we were out of the parking lot inside 10 minutes. Very pleased.

US Car hire was by far the most simplistic way to book and pay for our hire car. Everything is included - no extra additions to worry about. The booking process was simple too and picking up the car on our arrival in Sanford was straight forward. Had to queue for a while as 5 planes landed at once but Alamo got through the queue pretty quick considering. Staff were extremely helpful even bringing the car to us as there was an unbelievably huge downpour (day turned to night and I thought Florida was going to float away). The staff got totally drenched by doing this but were still calm and extremely courteous. Full marks to them. The car was clean inside and out. Bringing the car back took 5 minutes - so quick it caught us out as we had arrived early thinking it would take much much longer to hand the car back. We'll know for next time. Overall, the whole experience was very easy with no worries.

We have used the USCARHIRE for a number of years now. Never had an issie with placing the booking. No issues collecting the car at the other end if you just politely decline the attempts to sell you extras you don't need.

The Alamo desk clerk was a bit pushy trying to get me to take a bigger car and fuel I told her I'd been coming to Florida for 15 yrs but she still tried, it's something you don't need after a 10 hr flight and 2hrs to get through Immigration

I tried to use the Save Time feature having set it up before departure, however I could not get it to work. It was possibly my fault after the 8 hour flight. I went to the Alamo desk and was dealt with promptly with no problems. I collected the hire car and we were soon on our way.

I have used this site for several years when travelling to Florida. Reserving a car is easy and the voucher always appears promptly. When we arrived at the Alamo desk we were thanked for having used them several times in the past(a first I must admit). We were told they would give us an upgrade as appreciation and we were allocated a Ford Taurus with only a few hundred miles on the clock. As it was quiet a member of staff said they would bring the car round to the exit for us. A lovely car to drive with a smooth comfortable ride.

First class service from start to finish. I needed to change my dates 3 times any each time this was done speedily and without fuss. I would definitely recommend and use again
