The hiring process was OK but despite your claim to be an 'all-inclusive rate" there were still things like the roadside assistance "upgrade" not included. In fact this is not an upgrade at all as it is not part of the hire car companies offering but a 3rd party offering which is nothing more than insurance requiring the client to makes post-hire claims if services are utilised. It's also not clearly stated what your buying until after you pay for it and this creates additional confusion when you go to collect your car. Still a ways to go to have a truly all-inclusive offer. The other problem was the lack of response to you contact line which, while meant for emergencies, still did not respond for 3 days and then only after I put negative feedback on your Facebook page. Customer Service is everything. Most studies show people will pay more for outstanding service… look at Apple!

Long queues at the Alamo desk in Miami, the desks were fully manned so the line moved fairly quickly. Alamo did try and get us to upgrade as we expected but we declined. The cars are located a distance away from the Alamo desk, you have to get on a train. Once we picked up the car we had no issues at all. Dropping off the car was swift and easy at Miami.

This is hassle free car hire. No salesmen trying for upgrades although the kiosk in Orlando airport takes you through all the possible upgrades & you have to say no to them. No problem with full/full fuel option via kiosk. Very new car and return of car hassle free again. Would recommend US Car Hire to anyone.

The rental desk was reasonably close to the terminal, the person who dealt with me was polite and professional in checking the documentation and processing our order.I was told to just pick a car from the mid size section but the attendant there indicated that there were no mid size vehicles. When clearly there were vehicles of this class parked under mid size sign.He then said he would up size us to a standard vehicle but this was just in fact a mid size. Confusing, looked like a tip gathering exercise, not needed when picking up your car.

We were asked by both yourselves and Alamo, by email, to fill in the on line information so that the automated kiosks could be used. We duly did this. On arrival at Orlando we went to a kiosk and tried to check in. The kiosk refused our application with no explanation. When we were eventually served at the desk we were told that bookings over 30 day were not allowed to use the automated kiosks, why ask us to use the kiosk in the first place !!!!!!! We were NOT told by the customer agent that we had to return the car after 30 days as stated on the rear of the agreement. When we contacted Alamo (In India) they stated that they only had the information up to 30 days and that we would have to contact Orlando Airport ourselves for the correct information. We eventually spoke to someone who agreed we should NOT return the car after 30 days and sent an email confirming this. If you check your records you will find that we have been using your company for a number of years and we found that this was by far the worst experience we have ever had in renting cars from yourselves/Alamo

Everything went very smoothly, both on arrival and departure. Using the booths was excellent on arrival, and saved considerable time. Have used your services every time we have flown to the US, and you will be our first choice when we return.

Probably my fifth year using US Car Hire. Every single time I use them I'm extremely pleased. Always great service, cars are always immaculate and I always have a great sense of satisfaction after returning home. I've recommended US Car Hire to all my immediate family that are considering car rental. I a very satisfied customer and I look forward to hiring a car from you in the future.
