However, it was the only car in the US without central locking and that's a problem with four doors. Also, it's not easy driving the Interstates without cruise control.

However on receiving the vehicle I was informed that CDW and LDW were not included. This was not an issue with Alamo, the problem was caused by US Car Hire.

WE HAD A REFUND AT THE DESK FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FUEL COST.

The line was very long. I had to pay additional fees (road service)of US$ 30.00 at the carrental. The car (Chevy Cruze) was excellent! The car return was a very smooth process.

I have used US Car Cire a number of times now and they are very reliable.

Gave us a leaflet about Sunpass and rather than explain it he told us to read it, although we did ask him to explain to us what it was. He was very dismissive about the additional breakdown cover we'd taken out. We had thought that this would be provided by Alamo, so it would have been helpful if this had been clearer on your website.

We chose our car from about 6 different ones and were on our way, the whole process took less than 20 minutes so all good.

Only thing that would of been helpful was if the car alarm beeped when you unlocked it to help you find it in extremely busy carparks!!!!!! We were extremely happy with our experience and will certainly look at Alamo again for next year!
