The whole process was very simple. We had already checked our details in online and so were able to use the self check in machine at the airport. The car was fine and the return process was even easier and very stress free.

all went well, only snag was having to but all the details of driving licence,s again at the kiosk had sent all details before arrivingat airport. (it may have been my fault)

Excellent Car, well prepared and totally trouble free for duration. Pick up service was good with new self service kiosks. It would have been excellent if I didn't have to repeat all details, despite having done this online in advance. However, even accounting for this delay it qualifies as the quickest hire car pick up I have ever experienced in the USA and certainly beats waiting in the huge queue (line).

We were in Florida for a few weeks, so for the first couple of weeks we drove an 8 seater Toyota sienna. This is an excellent car with plenty of room. We returned the 8 seater when my parents went home and were delighted to have a choice of a number of brand new Chrysler 7 seaters. The one we choose had leather upholstery and a dvd player which was ideal for trips to the beach!! Our experience with Alamo over all was excellent. Our experience with US car hire has been top class, we recommend them to anyone we know traveling to the US.

A really excellent experience from start to finish. Contact with the company in the UK to amend our booking was dealt with speedily and efficiently, there was good advice on dealing with the local car partners in the US, and the chosen partner was top notch. Will book with them again without hesitation.

After a bad start to my holiday with the car company I had originally booked with trying to charge me an extra $1000 I had arrived at my villa feeling deflated that I couldn't afford a car. After a quick search I found uscarhire and was so glad I did. Straight forward, upfront choices, easy online payment and a quick visit to their kiosk (not having to deal with any pushy sales staff at the desks!) and I had my car and complete ease of mind. Thank You!!!!!

What we get was not what we order!!!!!!! From Germany we have ordered online a 7-seater with space for 4 suitcases. So the car was described on the website of uscarhire. We have deliberately taken this car because we travel with 4 adults and 3 children! We got at the Alamo a 7-seater with space for 2 suitcases! As we noted that the car on the Internet is described as a seven-seater with space for 4 suitcases, he told us that the website is not the responsibility of the Alamo, and he could not do anything for us. The next larger car (Toyota 8-Seater) would cost an extra $ 60 per day. We have the car for our holiday in America always booked the last few years (either under the name Raberg or Honisch) at uscarhire. Due to the bad service we will look around next time enhances the competition!! greeting Lothar Raberg
