However, they came recommended by a friend and being excellent Value for Money I decided tor try them. Had to use Customer Service, which was FANTASTIC ..... I accidentally cancelled my reservation whilst trying to update something on the Alamo Rental Website and I contacted US Car Hire who sorted everything out for me within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend and I will definitely use again ..... Rudi

I particularly appreciate the option to pay deposit on booking and the rest before departure. Picking up the car is easy if you use save time option in advance. Nothing extra to pay at pick up except tank of petrol if you want to return the car empty. Will certainly use you again!

However the Alamo desk was not busy and they sorted out our car rental with 10 minutes (probably because we had pre-entered all our info it did make it a quicker process even if the machine did not work for us). Overall no problems and would use again and recommend. Thank you

Everytime we visit US, they are my preferred company to rent a car. They have a good range of cars to choose from and has a shuttle bus that goes to the airport often than others. The drivers of the bus are very helpful as well.

(MVAR) Book a car at this location As always the service from uscarhire.co.uk was fantastic. Everything went according to our plans, but it was nice to know "if" anything were to go wrong, it would be resolved ASAP by the wonderful people at uscarhire.co.uk. I have used them many times now & after our recent trip, that is unlikely to change. Many, many thanks, i'll be booking again soon.
