Using the online login meant we could simply go to the car park and choose our car once we'd got our cases. Really pleased with the quality of the car. Returning the car at the end of our holiday couldn't have been easier too! Will definitely use Alamo next time.

Negative point the distance between the terminal and the Alamo office is too long. All of the other providers are much closer!

Book a car at this location Great site to use. Very easy to use with easy to follow instructions. Once ordered communication very good with clear instructions on picking car.best advice was online check in with Alamo. All recorded on their website and easy to use. Arrived at airport, straight to lot, picked car and away we went. Didn't even queue. Saved so much time. Overall great experience and Defoe use again.

He rushed through everything and having just had a long flight, it's hard to take in. The car we were given was old, 35k miles and shabby inside. It did the job but it would have been nice to get a newer one. 6/10.

The next day me and my wife cleaned the car. The tyres where flat with warning light on dash the board, filled at local garage.
