It is great to hire a car with us car hire and alamo. It was a very great and nice car with dvd player also inside. It was also possible to connect my gopro or laptop on the screens. I like the possibility to go to the kiosk to get the car. This way it is not needed to use the counter and then u have no sales talk etc. Thank you us car hire! I highly recommend you guys!

Found booking vehicle on line easy and overall service very good. We did have a malfunction with the key of the vehicle which meant a very frustrating few days but on returning vehicle to Tampa were speedily issued with another vehicle and found no problems at all. Woud certainly recommend Alamo.

I've used USCar Hire many times in the past with no problems whatsoever. This was the same and I'll use them again in the future. Although the Alamo self service machine I used in the airport let me get to the end before directing me to the desk, the queue to the desk was quite short and we were away within about 20 minutes. The key to it is to register your driving licence details in advance which speeds up the process. There was a choice of about 8 Chryslers or Dodges and the Alamo guys in the car park were very helpful, even directing me to the vehicle which had a DVD player for the kids .

US car hire service was good, however Alamo tried to overcharge us by not explaining that we paid for a tank of fuel. We brought the car back full of fuel as per my agreement and if I hadn't noticed we would of been charged an extra $86 regardless. The clerk at Alamo was more interested in a hard sell to upgrade us rather than take the time to explain the paperwork. Don't pay for any fuel at the airport, thankfully they gave us a refund with not too much hassle.

I`ve used US Car Hire a number of times over the last few years when I`ve visited the States. Because US Car Hire take care of everything car insurance wise, I`ve found that to be a really big help and takes the stress out of car hire. THANK`S US Car Hire Excellent Service. We live in the Netherlands and ordered via the website. We are very contentedly and have already hired by U.S. Car Hire. Everything is well organized. At the desk our Staff adopters of Alamo try another upgrade, but that is not necessary. This we understand that they are still trying. Dutch: Wij wonen in Nederland en bestellen via de website. Wij zijn zeer tevereden en hebben al eerder gehuurd via US Car Hire. Alles is goed geregeld. Bij de balie proberen de medewerksers van Alamo nog een upgrade maar dat is niet nodig. Dit begrijpen wij wel dat ze het nog proberen.

Not having dealt with a company outside the uk,I did so with trepidation. But I need not have worried as the booking system was easy and the prices were the cheapest.Also every thing was included except a top up insurance for the windsreen etc which cost $35.I paid this before I left. When I arrived I was asked about top -up insurance and when I said I had Everything covered ,that was that.No more sales talk. We were sent down stairs to where the cars were and told to go and pick which one we wanted (in our group!).There was about 15 different cars.That was it.Then off you go. There was one slight hitch. We ordered and paid for a Sat -Nav .We drove round for the first day using this before we realised that the car had its own Sat-Nav.At the end of the rental we mentioned this and Alamo apologised and gave us Alamo vouchers to be used on future rentals anywhere that Alamo have car rentals.Sorted. We never had any bother whatsoever ,a good experience.Driving back to the Airport is also Straight forward and we were parked and out in just a few minutes.Also we had the option to take the car full of fuel and return it full thereby saving the dearer charge of Alamo filling it up with their fuel pump. Driving in America is so much more relaxed with most places using a grid road system where its hard to get lost.Well certainly in Scottsdale and Phoenix.

As OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FROM UK TO LAS VEGAS BY 2 HOURS WE WERE LATER THAN EXPECTED COLLECTING OUR VEHICLE.WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ABOUT 15 MINS BEFORE A VEHICLE WAS ALLOCATED TO US BUT WAS IMMEDIATELY OFFERED THE OPTION TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK AT THE END OF THE WEEK WITH THE TANK EMPTY WITH NO CHARGE-EXCELLENT SERVICE

Vehicle was great, but couldn't use kiosk to check in. Person at rentals desk it was for US citizens only!! There was no queue so it didn't matter.

Very pleased with whole process we had to change vehicles mid rental as the Dodge seats weren't quite right for our disabled daughter but we did this with no problems. We have been looking to hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle but the prices quoted are extortionate($4,032) for 6 weeks maybe you could provide this service in the future I'm sure it's not only me who would use it.
