As everything Is pre-paid there is none of the usual trying to sell add-ons when you get there.

When we arrived to collect our vehicle unfortunately, there weren't any of the vehicle we had ordered in the garage. When we spoke to Alamo, wasn't a problem they just gave us the next sized car. Could have saved even more time by just going to "garage" and picking up car. Other than that, it was very quick service at the airport
