This required a call out to fix. Got a new car the next day after several phone calls. I Was under impression Gold inclusive included 24 hour roadside assistance yet allocation desk tried to sell this which is why i come with your firm as i want no hard sell at airport

As there were 6 of us , plus suit cases and 6 sets of golf clubs we took the upgrade to the 7 seater rather than the 6. This was a good move and we negotiated a good price. Had we not ad the golf clubs the 6seater we booed woud have been fine .

Only issue was we signed up for the the Alamo Save Time but when we went to use the Alamo kiosks the machine told us we were unable to use the save time option and had to join the queue which was quite substantial given it was Presidents Day weekend. I did speak to the Alamo Rep and they advised that with our rental type we were unable to use this service???
