I was later advised the cars do not have a transponder at all. A better explanation of how the systems works at the hire desk would help.

All the paperwork was completed with the minimum of fuss thanks to the clear confirmation of order that US Car Hire gave me. The self registering by pre informing Alamo of my driving licence details saved me a long wait at the desk at Orlando Airport. The lady at Alamo desk at Holiday Inn Maingate was very efficient and helpful. Overall I consider this hire to have been excellent all the way round - WELL DONE !

Several cars available in the parking. I liked the fact that you put a complete package together for one (low) price. Usually in the USA, there are many hidden and confusing options. It seems pointless entering the info in the first place.

When the brakes got hot in the road it started to vibrate bad. I stopped to see if there was something I can do and noticed these car was towed and there were broken straps and hooks under the car. I called to try to change the car at eagle airport but you had no car so I had to keep it for a weak. The problems are not that big but they involve safety.
