Great prices and easy to book. We got our car with Alamo who have an online quick pick up process which cut down the collection time at the airport. No hard sell from the staff because of this. Would recommend Alamo too. Car was great, new and clean. Easy drop off too.

I was advised by you that everything was included. The car was returned full and no damage. Very little mileage used Circa 500 miles) so why?? they said I had to take it up with you as not everything ws included although you sold it to me that it was. I'm a regular user with you ( 5 times a year in florida) and this hasnt happened before Appreciate a response

Note to self: check before we drive off! Bit of a pain to be honest!

The only downside is the very long queue to to wait in. It was about 45 minutes and we had children to occupy while waiting. The car itself was great and the drop off fine

Handing it back at end of holiday was just as easy. Quality of vehicle was great. (Shame I had to hand it back). Car developed small fault while using it. Contacted Alamo, who then arranged for vehicle to be replaced with same model within an hour. Great service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We rented from Alamo and the express collection service from the self service kiosk was excellent and saved a lot of time

Waste of time using kiosk facility as it would not accept UK licences.
