Had to call the drop-off office to make sure everything was OK with my reservation. Worked out fine at the end but it was a bit of a hassle.

Woman at desk said they never seem to work for UK visitors as the machines need to scan driving licence. Even though it started the process it wanted all the details of driver licences, credit card and each persons passport. Much quicker at the desk but wasted 20 minutes before getting into queue. Other than that no problems with friendly staff who did try and upgrade us, at a cost but wasn't pushy. Car great with electric everything including DVD player

We had no problems at all and the check in service prior to picking up the vehicle was excellent.

Took a Gold option and had one uncertainty - would we be able to add one driver who was arriving at a later date. It turned out to be no trouble and late arriving driver was added in a few minutes at Alamo desk and with no additional charge. All worked well. No surprises, no additional charges , no problems with vehicle, excellent service.

Your directions to their location at the airport was wonderful and the car representative that waited on us was enjoyable and helpful to deal with. There was no pressure to buy any additional coverage and he even helped us to actually provide us in getting a larger vehicle for better comfort. My hat off to you and definitely we will use your services again!

Pick up and drop off of our rental was extremely easy. The vendor's representative helped us considerably in saving us some cost as well as helping us to upgrade to a larger van for more comfort. Thanks to both and we will look forward to using you again on our next vacation!

Not hassled for upgrades. The whole procedure from booking the car in UK to picking the car up was easy and speedy. I have used uscarhire several times and have never had any problems. I shall continue to use the service for this reason.

Excellent vehicle for all our travel needs Book a car at this location Very user friendly site. Site navigation was good and Informative. Factual and easy to understand. Vehicle collection was equally just as good. No fuss, no hassle, helpful staff. No pressure to purchase anything else or any other add-ons. One crticism - the Alamo office is the furthest away for the terminal, compared with the other care hire companies. So you will have a bit of a walk which won't be convenient if any member of your group has walking difficulties etc.
