The representative gave us a complimentary GPS unit to use. Perhaps you could advise me that this is correct. We do intend to go back to Florida next year in June and would use your company again. (Third time) We used the pre check in on the kiosk, no problems. The only negative thing was that we were expecting a Jeep Grand Cherokee but there were none! Apart from not getting the model we wanted we would use you again, however it would be nice to provide the model we ordered.

The car was great, a really nice GMC Yukon. Chevy Tahoe was also available. The service of Alamo was not too good. They still tried to up sell more insurance (not needed!), additional drivers (already paid for!), fuel tank of gas (already paid for!) and navigation which we declined, but was standard in the car so not needed at all. But that's just Alamo. Uscarhire was great!

Although I couldn't get a refund on the 7 seater SUV (when there were only 2 of us left and didn't fancy driving around rattling away in such a large vehicle), we were given a sporty car instead which was great. This is the third time I have used US Car Hire and will definitely use them again.

GMC Yukon great ride Book a car at this location Us car hire is always my 1st choice never had a problem and very easy to deal with also best prices Only problem I had was with Alamo on collection I had paid for a full tank of gas but was only 3/4 full at best but no one seemed interested and said the office was now closed !!!!!!!

Quick checkin, quick service when choosing car (number available). On return was immediately checked over and given a receipt confirming no problems with car and only charge the tank of fuel I purchased .
