We did not stand in a queue, on collection, we chose the car and drove away. On return, an employee took the car with no fuss. It was reasonably priced.

Fortunately we were able to use the machine to get vehicle , rather than wait in long queue. We paid extra to return the vehicle empty, unfortunately we have been charged again when we returned the vehicle.

Quizá por la hora de llegada, 3-4 pm, había poca disponibilidad y la unidad no óptima. He usado varias veces Alamo y es la primera vez que tengo esta no muy grada experiencia.
