However I am not happy with the aftercare customer service for the Enhanced Roadside Assistance I've purchased via this site while booking the car. I've made a claim for USD 272 (lost car keys), included all my receipts and rental agreement, but still do not hear anything back (not even confirmation of receipt). Very dissapointing.
