Do I need to take both the card and paper parts? Does it matter if I have points on my license? I have lost my driving license - can I still rent a car? I sent my license off to DVLA for replacement. Can I still drive a rental car? Do I need a special license to drive a mini-van? Do I need an International Driving License to Drive in the USA or Canada? What if I forget to take my voucher with me or travel without a voucher? The number of days rental on the voucher is more than I booked. Why is this? My voucher states that a 1-way fee MAY be payable, but I had been told this was free. My voucher says I must have a clean license - is that correct? What do I need to do with the voucher once I receive it? My voucher says Insurance Excess Waiver is extra, but I thought this was included as standard. I have my voucher, but it doesn't mention 'Silver' or 'Gold' The car category I booked is not shown on my voucher, or is worded differently Miscellaneous How do longer rental durations work?
