The service I have received from Carolyn Parry has been exceptional. I had to change my rental requirements and the time and effort she has afforded me in carrying out the change over has been amazing.
She is truly a credit to the company. I have used US Car hire for many years now, and I have never once been let down with the service provided.
I will continue to hire through them, and recommend them to anyone who asks me about car hire in Florida.

Just over 2 years ago we came across usacarhire and they have been impressive on every occassion we booked with them. We cannot fault them in any way unlike their competitors.

I decided to extend my trip to Orlando by five days , I emailed asking for my rental to be extended. Carolyn Parry responded suggesting I rebook which would be more cost effective.I had to email Carolyn various times with regard to the cancellation and rebooking, she responded every time in order to help me .

Had 1 or 2 queries and alterations due to price changes by supplier, namely Alamo, but these got dealt with in an easy manner. I was concerned about being a nuisance but Carolyn didn''t seem to mind and got things sorted very quickly and without any fuss.

What more can you ask for. Why risk going elsewhere even if they were cheaper, which they aren''t.

Have used you before, on several occasions and are my first go to when renting a car.

Evertime I have used UScarhire.com for a car rental in the US it has been very well.
Only this time with a rental through Alamo the fuel tank was not full and the car was not suited for 3 large suitcases (which car I had chosen), but only for 2 large suitcases so I had to put one in a passenger seat. Other options were not available.
Car itself (Jeep Compass) was fine.

As usual, my car hire through US Car Hire, was exceptionally easy from booking online, to picking my car up at the desk in Orlando. Upon returning to the UK, Carolyn from USCar Hire, helped me to sort out a query with Dollar that I had experienced.
