Unfortunately we had to cancel our car hire at 24 hours notice owing to a family death. Roulla was quick to respond, cancelling the booking and refunding us without any argument. we‚ve used this company several times before and as well as providing a competitive and hassle free package, the service follow up is great should you need it. needless to say we‚ll use them again.

Just like to say what brilliant service we had from Roulla Dicarlo and US Car Hire. We hired a car so we could drive from Vegas to San Francisco, dropped this off at the airport and picked another one up from Vegas airport to drive to Grand Canyon. We changed our minds on the dates etc. but nothing was too much trouble. We went for the gold option on both occasions and everything was included and we did not have to pay for any extras - my big worry was being hassled when we collected the cars but we had none of that. First hire was with Dollar and everything went smoothly. Second hire was with Alamo where we were given a far better car than we had paid for - Chevrolet HHR - my husband fell in love with it! I can‚t thank US car hire enough for all the help and assistance. Brilliant!
