I have never booked with US Car Hire before, I didn‚t know of them as we have always booked with another company but this time I shopped around and was very satisfied with the price and of course the service. For Florida Car rental this site is difficult to beat, when you take into account additional drivers, which are included in many of the options.

I‚ve been using US Car Hire since my first trip to Florida which was well over 10 years ago.



The prices are fair and there‚s no hidden extras. I really can‚t fault the service. I‚ve just had to extend a booking by a couple of days as we‚ve changed our flights home and it‚s all been dealt with by email in a couple of hours.

Have used US Car Hire many times, easy to book and option to pay deposit and then spread the cost leading up to holiday a bonus. We always choose Alamo as the cars are best and 9 times out of 10 we get upgraded. This year we booked a standard SUV and we got stunning Murano, the platinum edition. When you give Alamo your licence info prior to arrival, you just walk over to garage and pick car, so easy. Thanks to US Car Hire for great service.

Booked cars either side of a cruise with the usual drop off/pick up at Fort Lauderdale airport only to find out afterwards that Alamo had changed their free shuttle service to the port from the airport to a different location. Emailed US car hire asking if i could change location and within 24 hours Carolyn had it all sorted. We have booked cars with US car hire for many years now as well as referred them to others in the confidence that the level of service and back up if any plans were to change, will always be first class!

i have used uscarhire on every occasion i have been to florida which is now numerous times i have never had any issue when booking or when arrive at location staff have always been friendly and very helpful cars are always clean and in very good condition. unfortunately i have had to cancel my trip at last minute due to family illness and the staff have been very helpful with a very quick response to help with my booking query i would honestly recommend them as they have a professional way of dealing with you and never any pressure to upgrade or buy extras on arrival but they do ask you and give you the option also they have a great location within sanford airport orlando



i have recommended to family and friends in the past and will in the future

This company is always very co-operative with their customers. I have used them for at least 10 years as they always come up with the best prices for Mustangs etc. at Sanford Airport. There prices are great for all inclusive items and they recommend Road Assist buying it in the U.K. cheaper than at the Rental desk. They have been thoroughly recommended to all my friends going to the States who need to rent a car.

I have used Uscarhire several times now, and have always had flawless service. Using the Alamo kiosks has always been a big plus for me, as, after a long day of travelling, i‚m not ready for yet another queue, or the american hard sell. The last couple of visits to Orlando, i‚ve flown into Sanford, as it‚s so much easier to navigate the airport. Granted, they only have a couple of Kiosks there. as opposed to about 17 at MCO ( I think ), but there‚s only ever been 1 other person at them, so it‚s a quick 3 mins, out the door, car and go. I also find Alamo‚s Sunpass to be the most reasonably priced, not to mention, having the freedom to choose your vehicle from the chosen category.
