The best car hire company I have ever used. easy to deal with, get exactly what you order and they are very reasonably priced and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone travelling to the US.

UsCar Hire are one of the best companies I have dealt with. Communication and feedback are first class. They even updated thier app twice to solve problems I was having. If they sold lager, it would probably be the best in the World. 10/10

Was very impressed with service after we came home. We had been charged for gas we didnt actually get (car was one third full) but I didnt notice it on receipt of car. Hire company was dismissive but USCarHire got it back for us with minimum hassle. Great service. Will use every time now.

We normally fly into Orlando International Airport, however this time it was cheaper to fly into Tampa with B.A
We used Alamo self service kiosk as usual which is very quick and easy to navigate. We had booked a intermediate suv, the only negative was the lack of choice when collecting, I believe there where only 3 or 4 vehicles in this category and some were the same make. I know Orlando International is a larger airport, but in previous years there has been much more choice in this category.
The holiday was great(as usual) and I am sure we will book again with you next year.

The app is excellent and very easy to use. The customer services team were friendly and couldn't be more helpful and handled my query very promptly. The vehicle was as described with no extra hidden costs and the pick up and drop off were very quick and easy with the ability to use the self check in booths. The overall experience was without doubt superb and will be definitely using US Car Hire again.

Service and advice from you guys outstanding.
Vehicle very good, although GPS gave up the ghost but Alamo exchanged with no problem.
One thing they could have done better is explain the toll system. Found some info on a pre registered pass but never really understood it. There was a charge after car returned presumably toll fees but not really sure.
Apart from that all good.
