i have used us car hire for the past 3 years and have never had a problem as all taxes and insurances are already prepaid. this is great knowing this as they are very pushy in the usa to get you to upgrade but you can just say no no no. i was out this month through sanford and the couple next to us had a flydrive and they thought this included fully comp car but had to pay $500.00 which would be a great chunk out of your spending money.

I made a booking at the last minute and tried to book the car late in the day for pick up the next day. The system wouldn‚t initially let me do it, but after emailing the site (Roger) replied and switched on a booking so i could make the reservation. This was after 5pm on the day before i needed it. Great work and would definately recommend, if just for the speedy response and customer service you receive.

Fantastic site it does what it says on the web site. No hidden charges or false promises. Roger and his team have amended many bookings for me without any problems and always without charge, the service is 200% the cars are great I will never use another company for car hire in the U.S. I have and will always recommend US car hire to anyone who wants to hire a car. Thanks again Roger and the team cant wait for our holiday in September 2009. The dollar maybe weak but I know that the car hire is reliable as always.
