We recently hired two vehicles from Dollar via yourselves, one a 12 seat van, the other a full size car, picking both up from Sanford Airport.

Just returned yesterday from Orlando and wanted to say thanks for letting us know about the Dollar Express service - it was great - there was a separate waiting line for this and we were taken before the other customers in the big queue. You could feel them all looking at us jumping the queue!! We only had to be at the desk for two minutes as our details were already on Dollars computer and then we were off to pick up the car.

I am glad that the internet led me to you - having lived and worked in the US I have become rather wary of dealing with some of their large organisations (every bit as bad as those in the UK!) and so I was very relieved to talk with you the other day.
Incidentally, if you are interested, the main reason I selected your company was the fact that your deal included a second driver whereas the others I investigated either charged (quite a lot) or were just so plain incompetent that they couln't really tell me what their price included!
