I have had to cancel my car three times due to usa restrictions. This must cause problems, but my email is answered right away. Iam again given my refund.

Very efficient ... We cancelled due to covid! no trouble, had a no quibble refund, brilliant service, would highly recommend this company, used them a few times!! We will booking with them next year 2022... SUPERB!!!!

Wonderful company to deal with. We have had to cancel our hire cars twice now due to Covid-19 and have had no bother doing so. Our deposits were returned very promptly.

We will be rebooking cars with them once travel becomes more reliable. Great car hire prices and great customer service. Cannot recommend uscarhire enough.
