Exellent prompt service,a last minute change of pick up and drop of point was arranged without any fuss. First time I have used your company and have already booked second time! Had terrible trouble with bad weather in Jan 10 flight cancelled twice 3rd time lucky, car rebooked refund received 1st time then delayed by a day, all sorted by email, very helpful staff, well impressed and on top of that cheaper than Alamo themselves so keep it up! would recommend your company to anyone that asks.

Having patiently dealt with my queries during the ‚Volcanic Ash‚ disruptions, our plans fell apart anyway when we suffered a death in the family 24hours before we were due to depart. Your staff dealt with our situation promptly, courteously and professionally.
We have now re-booked the holiday for later in the year and will shortly be re-booking the car (through US Car Hire of course). I will be recommending your site to my family and friends. It is refreshing to find such excellent Customer Service.

we have used US car hire before and found them very good!! But this year they have really helped us, as the airline we use had canceled our flight on the 25th dec, so i e-mail US car hire to explain that we are now going earlyer and they changed our car hireto the earlyer date! but it was taked car of so fast it was untrue !!!!
