Sadly had to cancel our holiday in Florida at the last minute due to the coronavirus outbreak but uscarhire.com refunded the money paid without fuss within a few days of emailing them. Reading some of the other testimonials it is obvious this is company that delivers on customer service in a big way and it is a joy to feel anxiety free when parting with our hard earned cash for car hire in the USA. I will use uscarhire.com for all my future USA holidays.

I have used uscarhire over several years now, mainly for US holiday hire. Every time their service, prices and ease of use website have been superb. In my opinion this is the best car hire service around, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In particular I would like to sing the praises of Carolyn Parry, who has provided me with the best customer service I have experienced. There have been many occasions when I have needed Carolyn’s help altering reservations, answering questions and dealing with admin, and every time Carolyn has provided prompt replies, found solutions and dealt with what needed sorting out. The most recent having been to completely cancel bookings and rebook due to the Caronavirus effects. First class service Carolyn, thank you very much.

I have used US CarHire since the 90s. I have always found them to have the best prices and the cars were always with good companies and there were never any issues. But what has really impressed me is their response to the Corona Virus issues. We had booked two cars for our holiday in Florida but are unable to travel because of the travel ban. US Car Hire was one of the companies we needed to contact; they were available, (lots still are not) that responded, and wow! they were speedy in their response for a full refund. Such a relief. I‚ve always liked this company, now they are top of the list and I will actively promote them and sincerely hope we can get to Florida in the future and make use of their services again. As we live in the UK we have been banned from vacationing in the USA by Trump. Therefore, Emailed Carolyn and within 2 days the refund was on my account. Carolyn has been fantastic in answering any queries and dealing with the many changes of mind I have had over the years. Would recommend them to anyone requiring car hire.

We will remain with this company plus their rates are vey good.

Wow what a service. Having had to cancel booking due to government restrictions. I called the help number, the young lady who picked up the phone could not have been more helpful, polite, and jolly. She gave clear instructions and checked that I had understood.

I emailed as instructed and within minutes received notice that a full refund was being processed.

Once traveling is allowed again I will not hesitate to use US hire and recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately, due to the ban on flying from the UK to the US because of Covid 19 we had to cancel our car hire. Within a few hours of emailing the cancellation I received a confirmation that no charges would be applied. Great service!!

I would highly recommend using this company on the grounds of both service and price.

We had to make a change to our booking and they helped us quickly and told me the cheapest way.

Unfortunately we have now had to cancel due to travel restrictions to the USA. Within an hour of contacting them they responded with a personal email and have processed a full refund.

This team is superb in my opinion and when the holiday is rebooked I will only look to use this company.

I have used this company several times over the last 7 or 8 years and can honestly say the service is second to none. I have never had an issue when collecting cars. If you have a query, Carolyn will respond to you so promptly that you will be shocked by the speed of her response. I personally would not consider using any other company for car rental in Florida. We hired a car from Miami airport for 4 days in January. The service was excellent, price much cheaper than booking direct with the car hire company or any other websites I checked.

Any questions I had were answered within hours.

We have already started looking at hiring again with them for California next year.

Would highly recommend them.

After having problems getting my credit card to work, Carolyn replied quickly to my emails and explained that it was happening to a few people then suggested a solution. She stays with you till the problem is sorted and we were OK to board a 10hr flight with no hire car confirmation thanks to the confidence she gave us- how rare is that these days? As soon as we reconnected in US the confirmation emails were there and we’re now here and settled with 4 weeks of our chosen car hire - no problems at all.
