Email reminders were sent by US car hire plus Alamo.one day before the rental. Used the kiosk, but for some unknown reason could not process all my information and i was referred to the client desk. the Alamo person who assisted at the kiosk informed me that sometimes it doesn't work for international drivers licenses. Had no issue at the desk. I will definitely book my next trip using US Car hire.

The quick system on line is definately worth doing. The minibus was excellent and there was a quick turnaround when we dropped it off at the airport. Will definately recommend you.

Book a car at this location although I registered all details online beforehand. had to use the main desk as the self service kiosk would not accept my American Express card. had to endure the usual attempts to sell me additional services, which I did not require. It gets a bit irritating after a while. I pity people who don't travel often and are easy targets for the car hire agents.

Lady bus driver helped to load the bags on at the terminal without it appearing to be a hassle, staff at rental office were efficient. All went very smooth without issue. The numbers on the site are for the UK only and do not go through. I prefer to be able to speak with someone live when I have a questions versus sending an email and waiting overnight for a response.
