Used the automated kiosk and was away within 5 minutes to collect the car. No queue to be fair at Fort Lauderdale however at Orlando two weeks earlier I swear using the automated kiosk saved our family a two hour wait. Tip.....use the automated kiosks!!! Fully loaded car, plenty of poke if a little smaller than our previous SUV which was a Dodge Journey but adequate for 4 big cases and a couple of small bags.

Almost always book an Alamo car and so far have always got a decent SUV or an upgrade. Highly recommended.

Standard SUV (SFAR) Palm Springs Airport (PSP) on 29 Jul 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Toyota Rav4 Book a car at this location As always absolutely satisfied with USCar Hire, but on this occasion I was let down slightly by Alamo as they did not have a car in the category I had reserved/booked, nor in a higher one so I had to make do with a lower category, not a problem in its self but they could not reduce or refund any cost as I had a prebooked voucher, I think they could have made a allowance on the fuel but not according to the counter staff (bit of a jobsworth)

Have been choosing Alamo for the past few years as their choice of cars is good and ability to use the Quick Kiosks rather than queue up saves us lots of time and hassle. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunatley it looks like ive been overcharged as the Alamo service agent said that they dont have any control over orders through a third party. I will now have to contact Alamo customer services and get a refund. Wont bother with a middle man agency again, i will just go straight to the car hire company.

Standard SUV (SFAR) Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 24 Jul 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Jeep patriot Book a car at this location when we arrived there were only 2 SUV's available, the first had a broken boot (trunk) lid stay meaning the boot fell down and hit me on the head ! The second (which we had to take) was dented and in poor cosmetic condition, slightly dissapointing. Also i booked a standard SUV with the ad citing jeep cheroke, the patriot i had to take is lesser model.

Car was fine, roomy and clean, about 20K miles. Underpowered and noisy when pushed, nothing like a european vehicle with this size engine! Rental process from website to car return was straightforward and would certainly use again.
