The only issue was that, based on the the correspondence I was sent, as a Silver servie I filled up the car with fuel - but Alamo still charged mt $69. I tried to get a refund and am waiting to see if it comes through. As with most USA rental companies I really dont like it when they try to hard sell me into paying for an upgraded car. Will definitely use you again. Thanks, Bill

I would recommend your company to anyone wishing for cheap, comprehensive car hire in Florida. Well done and keep up the good work!

La hire was more stressful as agent said we had no roadside assist and was trying to get us to pay again despite my receipt from you. Turns out you use a third party. Despite this he was still pushing alamo own saying dodgy practice rf third party ones.

The cars are automatic, worried at the beginning but very easy to use. One point on the negative side is that once I handed back my GPS I was'nt given any recipt of handing it back in. Overall 9/10

We cannot fault usacarhire, but Alamo were a different case! Tried to sell us lots of extras plus upgrades, which can be expected as a business, but their attitude was very curt when we declined the extras. To be doubly awkward she then kept saying "2 seconds, give me 2 seconds" and pretended to busy herself for half an hour keeping us waiting. We were tired and wanted to start our holiday and as far as we could see she was doing nothing except make the whole procedure long and drawn out for no reason. Very dissatisfied!

Competitive pricing with no hidden extras. I've hired around 30 cars from US car hire in the last 10 years and on the couple of odd occasions I've had a small problem, US car hire have been proactive by using their influence to get a speedy and satisfactory resolution from the rental company involved.
