Once you show them your voucher everything goes smooth. Except when you are ready to pickup your car thats where it gets a bit confusing because none of the Alamo workers actually know what type of car you are suppose to get , they only know that its a standard type SUV. So they direct you to the nearest standard SUV , but overall it was a better experience.
